Travel Proof	Confirmed return air ticket, hotel booking for stay duration
Travel Insurance	Mandatory, covering full stay period with €30,000 minimum coverage
Visa Fee	€90 (~~₹8,300–₹9,000) for adults, €45 (~~₹4,200–₹4,500) for children (6–12 yrs)
Service Fee (VFS)	₹590 (incl. GST) per application
Processing Time	10–15 working days
