For business travel to Slovenia (for Indian passport holders)

| Photos | Two colour photos 35×45 mm, approx. 80 % face visible, white background |

| Invitation letter | Copy of detailed invitation from Slovenian company/organisation |
| Personal ITRs | Income tax returns for the last 3 years |
| Company ITRs | Company’s income tax returns for the last 3 years |
| Personal Bank Statement | Last 6 months of bank statements of the applicant |
| Company Bank Statement | Last 6 months of the company’s bank statements |
| Salary Slips | Last 3 months’ salary slips of applicant if employed |
| Return Air Ticket | Confirmed return air ticket |
| Overseas Medical Insurance | Insurance valid for trip, as per air ticket list (Schengen requirement) |
| Company Registration Copy | Business registration copy; if in a language other than English/Slovene, translate on ₹100 stamp paper and get notarised |

For leisure or travel visits to Slovenia (Indian citizens)

| Personal & Company ITRs | Last 3 years’ income tax returns of applicant and company |
| Overseas Medical Insurance | Insurance covering the stay, as per airline/visa requirement |
| Return Air Ticket | Confirmed return ticket |
