Salary Slips	Last 6 months, with stamp & signature.
Return Air Ticket	Confirmed.
Company Registration	Copy of registration (in English or translated & notarised).
Medical Insurance	Overseas medical insurance as per ticket.

Salary Slips	Last 6 months (if employed) with stamps & signatures.
Personal & Company ITRs	Last 3 years for applicant and company (where applicable).
Company Documents	Company registration/GST/MOA/partnership deed.
Medical Insurance	Overseas medical insurance as per the ticket.
Contact Information	Personal contact number, email ID, courier address.

Covering Letter	From applicant detailing whole travel details requesting dependent visa.
Invitation Letter	From sponsor (spouse/parent/child) requesting dependent visa.
Sponsor Documents	Residence permit card, sponsor passport first & last page copy.
Relationship Certificate	Marriage certificate (for spouse) or birth certificate (for child) with relevant home-department and MEA authentication.
Sponsor Bank Statement	Last 6 months, with bank name, applicant name, bank seal & sign on each page.
Sponsor Salary Slips	Last 6 months, with company seal on each page.
