Invitation letter	Copy of invitation from Danish (or Schengen) company with invitee ID.
Personal ITRs	Income tax returns for last 3 years.
Company ITRs	Company income tax returns for last 3 years.
Personal bank statements	Last 6 months, each page stamped & signed.
Company bank statements	Last 6 months, each page stamped & signed.
Salary slips	Last 6 months, stamped & signed.
Overseas medical insurance	Travel health insurance valid for entire Schengen stay.
Return air ticket	Confirmed return flight booking.
Company registration	Copy of registration; if non-English, translated on ₹100 stamp paper & notarised.
COVID/vaccine certificate	Certificate by passport number; if 9 months passed after 2nd dose then booster certificate.

ITRs	Personal & company income tax returns for last 3 years.
Travel medical insurance	Schengen-compliant travel health insurance valid for entire stay.
Return air ticket	Confirmed return flight booking.
Company registration docs	Company registration/GST/MOA/ Partnership deed copies (for self-employed).
Vaccine certificate	Vaccine certificate link by passport number.
