For Indian nationals visiting Portugal for business meetings, conferences or official engagements.

| Invitation Letter (Portugal) | Invitation letter from Portuguese company on its letter-head. |
| Tax Documents (Personal) | Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years. |
| Tax Documents (Company) | Company’s Income Tax returns for the last 3 years. |
| Bank Statements (Personal) | Last 6 months of personal bank statement. |
| Bank Statements (Company) | Last 6 months of company bank statement. |
| Salary Slips | Salary slips for last 3 months (if employed). |
| Return Air Ticket | Confirmed return air ticket. |
| Medical Insurance | Overseas medical insurance covering as per travel ticket list. |
| Company Registration | Copy of company registration; if original is in another language, translated on ₹100 stamp-paper and notarised. |

For Indian nationals travelling to Portugal for leisure, holidays or visiting.
