Spain Business Visa Requirements
For Indian nationals visiting Spain for business meetings, conferences, trade fairs or other commercial activities.

| Application Form + Declaration | Fully completed visa application form with applicant’s signature; declaration signed as per passport. |

| Covering Letter (Indian Company) | On the company’s letterhead detailing purpose, dates, role, etc. |
| Invitation Letter (Spanish Company) | Copy of invitation letter (English/Spanish) with host company seal, invitee ID copy. |
| Personal ITRs | Income tax returns of applicant for last 3 years. |
| Company ITRs | Tax filings of Indian company for last 3 years. |
| Personal Bank Statement | Last 6 months bank statement of applicant, each page stamped & signed. |
| Company Bank Statement | Last 6 months bank statement of company, each page stamped & signed. |
| Salary Slips | Last 6 months of salary slips with stamp & signature. |
| Return Air Ticket | Confirmed round-trip ticket covering the stay. |
| Company Registration Copy | Certificate of incorporation/GST/MOA; if in another language, must be translated on stamp-paper. |
| Travel Insurance | Overseas medical insurance covering Schengen area; minimum €30,000 coverage. |
Spain Tourist Visa Requirements
For Indian nationals travelling to Spain for leisure or family visits (short-stay up to 90 days).

| Salary Slips (if employed) | Last 6 months salary slips with employer stamp & signature. |
| ITRs (if Applicable) | Personal & company ITR copies for past 3 years. |
| Travel Insurance | Valid for Schengen zone; minimum coverage €30,000. |
| Return Air Ticket | Round-trip confirmed air ticket. |
| Additional Company Documents | GST / MOA / partnership deed etc. if applicant is self-employed. |
Biometric Requirement for Spain
Applicable to all first-time Schengen visa applicants (including Spain) to record fingerprints & digital photo.
